I had a good experience in Medellin, all thanks to Medellin Vip & Sandy! He is the best tour guide and VIP concierge service you could ask for. His local knowledge, friendly demeanor, and attention to detail made my trip unforgettable. I wouldn't want anyone else guiding me through this city. Highly recommend and will come again and use service again. Our large group had an excellent experience with Medellin VIP. Wanted to give a special mention to Kevin, our host. I can honestly say that we would not be able to explore, enjoy, and take in Medellin and all that it has to offer if not for Kevin. He was there every step of the way for us and arranged/handled every single detail to ensure a seamless and fun time. I stayed in Medellin from jun27-jul1 2024. This holiday was perfectly executed because of this VIP service. I have never felt so taken care of at any destination, especially with a larger group of 6 people.

Kevin was an amazing host and concierge!! A real overall ‘I’ll get you whatever you want’ guy. We would tell him exactly what type of experience we wanted out of the day/night and he gave us option after option that we would compare and consider, helping us along the way to troubleshoot and decide what would be the best choice for our group. He handled all of the phone calls, arrangements for dinner, VIP club reservations, negotiations and so on and so on.  He even acted as our translator in any situation whenever called upon. I am 100% certain that we would have never been able to navigate the city with such ease and precision if it weren’t for him.

I have too many amazing stories from the party spots we ended up choosing, but to sum it up… beautiful dancing women: La Isla. amazing DJ and beautiful women: Gusto Night Club. Great steak, city view: Colosal. Perfect Saturday night party club, DJ/people/vibe: Miranda. Miranda stood out to our group as the best party energy of our Colombian experience. Please tag any social media’s associated with these places if you’d like, as I do not have social media.

In our short stay, we also had two tourist excursions, thankfully with the same host, Laura. We visited Comuna 13 and Guatapé. She was gracious, knowledgeable and very patient (keeping 6 people on task and on schedule can’t be easy)! Comuna 13 seemed like a maze, but she made sure to guide us through, making stops at our areas of interest (food/drinks/art). On the way to Gautapé, we stopped at an authentic and delicious roadside brunch spot, preparing us  for a one of a kind stair climb with a one of a kind view. Every tourist spot in the world feels like a trap, but her knowledge of the areas and her honesty in answering our questions about this place or that, made me feel as if i wouldn’t regret any of my purchases, food/drink or otherwise. And I didn’t.

Also notable, the added car service for 8hrs a day was immediately recognized by our group as essential. There was never a wait for where we wanted to go, whether our plans switched up or not. This may have put the capstone on the truly VIP feeling. Show up in Mercedes black van, skip the line at the club and then get seated in bottle service. Door to first drink (from the Mansion) in 20 min, +/- a walk through Procenza.

The bar has been set very high for any of my future travels, and of course, I wouldn’t do Medellin again without Kevin and everything he had to offer.

Kate, Edward, Carlos are the perfect hosts. They are knowledgeable of the city, lead you to the best places for entertainment and fun! They were always a phone call away incase we needed anything, which wasn’t often because they are thorough. Edward was by our side the entire trip ensuring a great time! If you are looking for the smoothest and most seamless trip, this is the group to reach out too! We could never forget Dairon. The greatest driver there is! My personal experience for the Medellín VIP service was AMAZING! From the wonderful host, the food, the scenery and everything else! I've traveled many places and this by far was the best experience thanks to the VIP service and our wonderful host.. the beautiful Ms. Maguita gave us a wonderful tour and experience that I would never forget! And Lupo who was by far the best host/ guide the entire trip. He made us feel safe and welcomed the entire time and we maybe wouldn't have the same great experience without him ! Top notch VIP HOST MR SANDY!    I am a world traveler and this trip topped them all. Not because of the city but because of my host Sandy.   No words can describe his excellence.   Planned ahead, very detailed to every thing we needed,  arrived early, made sure we were safe for the night before leaving.  We felt 100 percent safe at all times.   His tour guide services were spectacular as this was his background before coming to Medellin VIP.  His information and knowledge of the history of Medellin, Guatape & Comuna 13 was better than an encyclopedia.   All the places we toured he knew locals, restaurant owners, business owners, other tour guides and all the secrets to Medellin.  That in itself gave us the VIP treatment.   Everywhere we went , everyone knew him, loved him, hugged him and that’s  when we knew we were in great hands.  I never touched a car door, opened a door, carried a bag and the list goes on and on.   Every morning he made a detailed schedule of our wants and needs.  Made sure all was accommodated perfecto!!    At the end of each day he discussed the next days plans and meeting times.   We never had to wait on him and he made sure we were early to everything.   There was a few times we went off with another private group and during these times we sure missed Sandy.   It wasn’t the same without him.  I was calling him and texting him and he was still helping us.  It was private events we were not allowed to bring him to and we couldn’t wait to get back to him.   His professional and detail to please does not go unnoticed.  Sandy’s English is excellent.  He was able to translate all conversations and made sure we understood everything locals were saying.  The knowledge he has for all the tourists attractions is incredible.    We will be back and only because of Sandy.  Carlos our driver was excellent. Alway on time, safe driver and always made me feel comfortable.   Didn’t get to know him as well because he doesn’t speak English but he was courteous, always opened our car doors, professional and always stayed with the car keeping our belongings safe.  Very thankful for these two and can’t wait to do it again!!

I had the most pleasant and wonderful experience while staying in Medellin while using Medellin VIP. My personal assistant Sandy did an excellent and outstanding job well above anything I ever expected. He was very informative and I learned very much about the history and culture of country of Columbia. I would highly, highly, highly recommend that you request Sandy if ever visiting Medellin. I give him the highest rating in all aspects of everything he did for me the entire trip from the beginning to the end.
My main driver Carlos as well as all other drivers did just as an amazing job as Sandy throughout my entire stay in Medellin. They were always prompt and courteous and drove me safety through the busy and hectic streets of Medellin.
